Tips and questions
How is bircher different from overnight oats?
Bircher muesli is the Swiss original and is built around grated apple soaked with the oats; overnight oats rely mostly on milk and yoghurt.
How long does it keep?
Up to 2 days covered in the fridge. Add the nuts and berries just before eating so they stay crisp and fresh.
