Tips and questions
- What order should I cook everything in?
- Sausages first as they take longest, then bacon and black pudding, then mushrooms and tomatoes; eggs and toast go last.
- How do I keep everything hot?
- Keep each item on a tray in the oven at 90 °C as it is done, and warm the plates too.
- Can I make a vegetarian version?
- Yes: use vegetarian sausages, swap bacon and black pudding for halloumi or hash browns and keep the rest.
