Tips and questions
- Where do I find broken rice?
- In Asian supermarkets, labelled “broken jasmine rice”. Ordinary jasmine rice works well too.
- Can I cook the pork in a pan?
- Yes. Use a very hot griddle pan and don’t move the chops until they char, as the sugar in the marinade burns easily.
